Yet again it's been while since I've done any art, I had a sort of... 'everything'-block these last few weeks, hopefully it goes away soon. >.<
Anyways, ya... I'm not 100% sure that Chase should exist in a city on Earth, but you mentioned power cables, so I made an assumption.
The city in question was originally going to be Vancouver, but, as you can see it ended up nothing like it.
